Renovations of two existing office buildings created medical offices totaling 21,600 square feet in Randolph, NJ. All existing interior partition walls were removed to allow for a new layout which required new underground utilities and structural improvements to accommodate. New exam rooms, offices, workstations, labs, a staff lounge, and an x-ray room, all outfitted with porcelain tile floor finishes, were constructed throughout the entire building. Exterior renovations included new windows, aluminum facade panels, and clear story main entrance.
