Construction Management Designed. Your way.

In the early days of our careers we all worked for different companies and respectfully have learned the “good” and “bad” of our chosen professions. The principles of forge39’s ideals have focused on and implemented the “good”, while improving the challenging areas of our industry. The open approach to problem-solving and being adaptive to a situation has proven to be successful in all our projects.

How forge39 was namedThe forge name says what we are all about: forging relationships that will stand the test of time with our clients as well as our designers and our contractors.

The 39 comes from one of our principle’s grandfather’s football jersey number. Al Delucia (39) was a stellar college athlete for Duquesne University and captain of his football team. In the 1940s following his college career, he served in the military as a Lieutenant Colonel. After completing his military service, Delucia went on to coaching football and to becoming an educator as Superintendent of a high school in the Pittsburgh area. The remembrance of his core values as a team player, a teacher, and a humble motivator is why we strive to achieve excellence in our commitments, maintain awareness and support those around us while always doing the right thing for our clients.
