New construction of a 3-story, 160,000 SF facility consisting of manufacturing, assembly, laboratories, and housing their new corporate headquarters. The exterior façade consists of a combination of masonry, EIFS, ACM panels, linear siding, and glass curtain walls. A 5,000-amp service with a backup generator and over 60 rooftop units, exhaust fans, and condensing units to support manufacturing and laboratory equipment. Site improvements over 7.5 acres consist of building demolition (12 buildings), underground storm detention basins, retaining walls, parking lots, and a new roadway tying into an existing intersection, including traffic signals.

Renovations to an existing 3-story 119,000 SF occupied facility containing manufacturing, laboratories and offices. Exterior renovations consisted of modifications to an existing loading dock to accommodate new and existing equipment including chemical storage containers, a 6,000-gallon nitrogen tank, and vaporizer contained within a new metal louvered fence system. Interior renovations consisted of adding 2,200 SF of mezzanine housing additional office space, converting existing office spaces to laboratories and modified existing laboratories on all 3 floors. All work was coordinated and phased to maintain the owner’s operations throughout construction.

125,000 SF distribution and manufacturing facility consisting of distribution office support, and 50,000 SF of manufacturing units. A 10,000 SF state-of-the-art robotic inventory system to assist with distribution operations. Site improvements over 13 acres consisting of underground storm detention basins, 20’ tall retaining walls, parking lots, site lighting, and a widened roadway. This project was constructed adjacent to the existing facility, which is designed to be demolished for an additional 50,000 SF. The building was constructed without any disruption to the existing worldwide distribution center.

We are providing design services and new construction of a 90,000 square foot industrial/warehouse distribution facility on Lot 6 in Easton, PA.  The new distribution facility will consist of office space, 18 loading dock positions, and an exterior comprised of 8” thick, pre-cast structural load-bearing concrete wall panels.  Site improvements include providing stormwater management system; creation of retaining walls, concrete curbs and sidewalks; installation of site lighting; and production of standard and heavy-duty asphalt pavement.
